1. About E Udyam Sewa

E Udyam Sewa is a private B2B consultancy brand operated by Acleriatech, a private technology and business consultancy company based in Jamshedpur, Jharkhand, India. All references to 'E Udyam Sewa', 'we', 'us', or 'our' in these Terms shall mean and include Acleriatech, which owns, operates, manages, and is fully responsible for the E Udyam Sewa platform.

2. Nature of Services

E Udyam Sewa provides private professional consultancy and facilitation services for Udyam/MSME registration. Our services include:

• New Udyam Registration assistance for Micro, Small & Medium Enterprises
• Udyam Re-Registration and migration from Udyog Aadhaar
• Amendment and update of existing Udyam certificates
• Retrieval of Udyam Registration Number
• Udyam Certificate download and printing assistance
• Udyam Annexure certificate facilitation
• Cancellation of Udyam Registration
• MSME scheme advisory and eligibility consultation

3. Eligibility

• You must be at least 18 years of age to use our services
• You must be legally competent to enter into a binding contract under the Indian Contract Act, 1872
• You must be the authorised representative of the business for which registration is sought
• All information provided must be true, accurate, and complete

• Full payment is required before any service is initiated
• All payments are in Indian Rupees (INR) via our secure payment gateway
• Applicable GST will be charged as per government regulations
• We do not store your card details or UPI credentials

5. Client Obligations

• All information, documents, and data you provide must be true, accurate, and complete
• You must promptly provide any additional documents or information requested by us
• You understand that Udyam Registration is subject to government eligibility criteria and our services do not guarantee approval
• Delays caused by your failure to provide accurate or complete information are your responsibility
• You must not use our services for any fraudulent, unlawful, or deceptive purpose

6. No Guarantee of Outcome

E Udyam Sewa does not guarantee the approval, issuance, or any specific outcome of any application submitted on your behalf. All registrations are subject to the sole discretion of the relevant government authority and prevailing laws. Our role is strictly limited to facilitation and documentation assistance.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on eudyamsewa.com — including the brand name, logo, website design, content, and service workflows — is the property of Acleriatech (operating as E Udyam Sewa) and is protected under applicable Indian intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or use any content without prior written consent.

8. Limitation of Liability

E Udyam Sewa / Acleriatech's maximum aggregate liability to you shall not exceed the total service fee paid by you for the specific service in question. We are not liable for:

• Indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages
• Delays or rejections caused by government portals, system outages, or policy changes
• Errors or inaccuracies arising from incorrect information provided by you
• Actions, decisions, or policies of any government authority

9. Prohibited Activities

• Submitting false, fraudulent, or misleading information
• Using our services to impersonate any business or individual
• Attempting unauthorised access to our systems or other users' data
• Using automated tools, bots, or scrapers on our platform
• Engaging in any activity that disrupts or degrades our website or services

10. Grievance Redressal

In compliance with the Information Technology Act, 2000 and the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020, a Grievance Officer has been designated for E Udyam Sewa:

We acknowledge grievances within 48 hours and resolve within 15 business days.

11. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall first be resolved through good-faith discussion, then mediation, and finally binding arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, at Jamshedpur, Jharkhand, India. Consumer rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 are preserved.

12. Amendments

E Udyam Sewa / Acleriatech reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. The revised Terms take effect immediately upon publishing. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance.
